Welcome to our policies page. No, really. If you've decided to visit here then it's probably because you want to check the terms and conditions before you make a purchase. Very understandable! To alleviate you from the burden of hiring a lawyer to unravel a lot of legalese we're just going to say how we do things as simply as possible.

First, in everything we do, it's you who comes first. We care about every customer. Talk is cheap, but if you purchase from us then you'll find that we do pretty much everything a small company can to make your experience using the mypressi TWIST as enjoyable as possible.

If you have a problem, we want to make sure it's pain-free. We do our best to respond to support requests as quickly as possible. If we screw up, please let us know. Sometimes mistakes happen, packages go missing in transit, but we're all just people who care passionately about our product and try to do a stellar job whose ultimate goal is to make you happy, then we're happy, and so on.

So let's try to cover everything as quickly as possible. This shouldn't take long.

Order Shipping

We try to ship all orders within 2 business days, and often it will be the same day you ordered. You may not receive the tracking notification the instant we ship, but you should receive it shortly after.

Returns and Refunds

We think you'll like the mypressi TWIST, and our other products. We really do. But if you don't then you can return any or all of your order and we'll give you a refund.

Our returns policy lasts 30 days and allows you to return any item purchased from mypressi.com if you are for any reason dissatisfied. If 31 days have gone by since your purchase then we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund. We figure 30 days is long enough for a thorough test drive.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same or very close to the condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, so don't throw away your box as soon as you take the product out. A restocking fee of 10% is charged on all returns and will be deducted from the refunded amount, and we have to reserve the right to refund less if it's damaged or missing parts.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase from the mypressi.com store. Usually just your order number will do. Please email support@mypressi.zendesk.com with your refund request and we will issue you an RMA (Return of Merchandise Authorization) along with the shipping address for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days then please check again with your bank, etc, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted due to delays within the financial system.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund then please contact us via your original support ticket or email support@mypressi.zendesk.com.

If the item was was purchased and shipped as a gift, you will need to ask the original purchaser to contact us so that we can refund them directly. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the purchase price to the gift recipient.

If you are shipping an item back that is valued at over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

You need to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item, and the original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty Returns

The warranty conditions for the mypressi TWIST are included in the user guide. We provide a 12 month warranty on all our products unless otherwise noted in the product's description. If it fails we will either fix or replace it at our discretion. You will need to contact us at support@mypressi.zendesk.com and provide a proof of purchase from the original point of sale. This helps us out a lot. We'll then issue you an RMA. Just so you know, we aren't Nordstrom. You'll need to ship the unit back to the address we provide with the RMA and we can't refund that cost. Please use a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance just in case it is lost in transit.

Our support system will notify you when we receive your unit via an update on your ticket and we'll try to turn around the repair or replacement as quickly as possible. It's usually only a few business days unless there are extenuating circumstances. We  have a service center in San Jose, CA. If you are in the continental US  we will cover the cost of shipping the unit back to you. If you are elsewhere we really can't cover the cost and will send you a request to help with the shipping expense via PayPal or a credit card. We'll confirm that with you when we issue the RMA.

Privacy Policy

mypressi respects the privacy of all customers and visitors. If you wish to be removed from our database, or have any questions about the operation of our website, please write to support@mypressi.zendesk.com.

Our website collects names, email addresses, and other personal information from customers and visitors only when submitted via one of our online forms, such as through an order form or our mailing list registration form. This data is used solely by mypressi and we will never share this data with any other entity.

Our web-server and order processing is hosted by shopify.com, one of the leading e-commerce sites. To help with order processing and other tracking they do record IP addresses from all visitors to our site. An IP address is a number that is automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information, and their collection is standard procedure in most web-server environments.

Our website contains links to other websites. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another website, for which mypressi.com is not responsible.

By using us you signify your agreement to our policies as stated above. We may revise these policies periodically without notice. Please re-read our policies prior to submitting any personal information or orders if you have concerns about how your information is being collected and used.
