The mypressi TWIST Upgrade service is ideal if your v2 unit is out of warranty and you want it brought back to as-new factory condition. The upgrade replaces key components within the engine and gas flow assembly with those built to the very latest specifications. It resolves all pressure-related issues including slow gas flow, gas leaks, sticking triggers, insufficient shots from the gas cartridge and so on. After the upgrade your unit will receive a thorough test to ensure it is performing to the highest specifications. We then attach new handle covers and ship the unit back to you.

Please note: this service is only available for v2 units that are out of warranty. We are unable to process upgrade orders for v1 units.

We provide a 3 month warranty on all replaced components.

When you order this service you will be prompted for your shipping address during check-out. The shipping cost of returning the unit to you from our San Jose, CA service center is automatically added onto the upgrade service fee.

You will receive an email from us within one business day with details for shipping your unit to us. You just need to send the mypressi TWIST handle and endcap. Please do not send the waterbowl or other components as we can't replace them under the terms of this service. Just put the handle with endcap attached into some bubble wrap and ship by whatever means is most convenient to you. We do recommend using a shipping method with a tracking # so you can track the progress of your shipment to us.

The upgrade service is usually carried out within one or two business days and the US Service is available to customers worldwide.
